Roof Maintenance

For a tiled roof

• Check over roof and repair any leaks
• Replace all broken and badly chipped tiles (small chips can be repaired or replaced).
• Check valleys and re-lip or replace as required
• High pressure clean roof, if required/requested
• Clean out gutters and down pipes
• Replace any missing ridge caps
• Re-bed ridge caps as required
• Re-point all ridge caps with Starpoint (Starpoint is a flexible acrylic-based compound, colour matched to your roof with a manufacturer’s guarantee and a cyclone wind rating)
• Site to be left clean and tidy

Roof Maintenance

For a tin/Colorbond roof

• Check over roof and repair any leaks
• Replace all roof screws
• Check valleys and re-lip or replace as required
• High pressure clean roof, if required/requested
• Clean out gutters and down pipes
• Site to be left clean and tidy

Roof Restoration

For tile and tin roofs

• Includes all above listed roof maintenance
• High pressure clean roof
• Prime or seal the roof with primer specifically suited to your roof type
• Apply two coats of colour topcoat, coating to be specifically suited to your roof type

Re-Roofing

For tile, tin, or asbestos roofs

• Remove and dispose of existing roof (asbestos roofs removed by licensed asbestos removing company)
• Supply and fit engineered roof tie down system
• Supply and fit new roof battens (tile roofs)
• Supply and lay R 1.5 Anticon insulation (if required/requested)
• Supply and lay new .42 Colorbond or Zincalume roof sheets (also available in Colorbond Ultra or .48)
• Supply and fit new caps, valley irons, vents, and flashings
• Screw roof off with Class 5 roof screws
• Clean off roof
• Remove all debris, site to be left clean and tidy

Fascia, Gutter, and Downpipe Replacement

• Full inspection of gutters, fascia, and downpipes
• Option of standard or slotted gutters
• Remove and dispose of existing fascia, gutters, and downpipes
• Supply and fit new gutters, fascia, and downpipes, as per quote
• All corners sealed with premium grade Bond & Seal
• All affected hip ends re-bedded/re-pointed with Starpoint (colour to match)
• All associated debris to be removed
• Site to be left clean and tidy
